Fans surprised to learn that England midfielder Kobbie Mainoo’s brother was on Love Island
Kobbie Mainoo may be quickly on his way to footballing stardom, but his brother is a celebrity in his own right.
In fact, Mainoo's brother - Jordan Mainoo-Hames - made his name starring on hit TV show, Love Island, back in 2019.

While his time on the show was fleeting, Mainoo-Hames is now working in fashion as a model for brands including Vogue and Louis Vuitton.
The family link was revealed from an old social media post two years ago from Jordan about Kobbie, which read: “Proud big bro moment [for real].”
After discovering their link, fans on social media were pretty surprised.
One wrote: "Wow family of stars."

Another said: "Kobbie Mainoo being Jordan Hames' brother was not what I expected to find out today."
A third said: "C'mon don't joke with me mate…”
Meanwhile a fourth wrote: "Their parents must have been fans for naming their kids Kobbie and Jordan.”
While his brother first became well-known among reality TV fans, 19-year-old Mainoo has very quickly made a name of his own.

Mainoo forced his way into Manchester United's first team last season, making a total of 32 appearances for Erik ten Hag's side.
One of those appearances was in the FA Cup final where the Red Devils beat Manchester City to win some silverware.
Mainoo scored the winning goal and post-match he was filmed celebrating with his famous brother.
As well as now being a regular starter for the Red Devils, he has broken into the senior England set-up.
He was handed his debut during England's 1-0 defeat to Brazil at Wembley in March, coming on in the 75th minute of the match.
Mainoo then made his first start for his country against Belgium a few days later and he made an instant impact.
His performances have impressed so much, that Gareth Southgate has decided to take the teenager to Euro 2024.
England have named their 26-man squad for the tournament and he will be heading to Germany for his first Euros experience.
It's likely Mainoo will be joined by his brother and close family for the summer showpiece and they will be supporting him and the country as they eye glory.
