Redknapp reveals Taarabt wants to leave QPR

Harry Redknapp has admitted that Adel Taarabt is looking to leave QPR - and he will not stand in the Moroccan's way.

Taarabt spent last season on loan at Fulham and AC Milan, with the latter reportedly interested in taking him on a permanent deal now.

The Serie A side are willing to pay £3m for Taarabt, however the QPR board want more than that for their 25-year-old attacking midfielder.

Redknapp has admitted that Taarabt is likely to move before the window shuts on September 1, explaining that the Morocco international has struggled with fitness during pre-season.

“He’s not fit; and I think he’s looking to move, and I wish him well. And he’s not done one real day’s training since we’ve been back, with injuries and that.”
