Middlesbrough transfer BLOW! Paris Saint-Germain winger Jese Rodriguez to choose Las Palmas loan over Boro switch

Paris Saint-Germain winger Jese Rodriguez is set to snub interest from Middlesbrough to join Las Palmas on loan.

The 23-year-old only moved to the French champions in the summer after they paid Real Madrid around £21million for his services.

However, since the switch, the Spaniard has failed to find his feet and PSG are ready to loan him out to aid his development.

Middlesbrough had expressed an interest in the player as manager Aitor Karanka knows him from his time at Real Madrid.

But, according to Marca, Jese has snubbed the chance to move to the Premier League in favour of a loan to Las Palmas.

The La Liga club are the Spaniard's hometown club and he is said to be excited at the prospect of turning out for them.
