Anthony Gordon taking leaf from Cristiano Ronaldo with book list that also includes David Goggins

Not only is Anthony Gordon one of England's keenest young forwards - he is also an avid bookworm.
And the Newcastle forward has revealed he is taking notes from none other than Cristiano Ronaldo when it comes to the next title on his reading list.
Gordon is enjoying his first major tournament in the England camp with the side preparing to face Denmark in their second Euro 2024 group game on Thursday 20 June at 5pm, live on talkSPORT.
The 23-year-old received his first call-up from Gareth Southgate back in March after impressing during his first full season at Newcastle.
He is now hoping to make his mark on the international stage as the Three Lions continue their campaign out in Germany.
And the secret to the young forward's success?
The youngster credits his drive to better himself through reading as a huge contributor to his admirable mentality on the pitch.
Speaking to , he explained: "I like self-help books, a lot of psychology things. I feel like I'm going to read it and be better or come out of it knowing something that I didn't before."
The former Everton player already has a wide range of titles under his belt, a number of which he credits as having had an impact on his career.
"I spoke about it recently on the Overlap," he said. "The book that has had the biggest impact on my life is 'Winning' by Tim Grover.
"The author is Michael Jordan's ex-trainer and Kobe Bryant's, and I love American sports anyway, so I got the book through those sources.
"That's an incredible book about mentality and the things you've got to go through to really succeed. It's basically saying you can do everything you feel like you can do and still come up short. But you won't have regrets then."
And Gordon is spending his downtime at Euro 2024 by continuing to expand his repertoire.
The forward revealed he had three books on his tournament reading list - including one very special recommendation from one very special player.
"I've brought Dan Carter's one 'The Art of Winning' (to Germany). I've brought David Goggins' 'Never Finished'.
"The third one I'm getting my fiancee to bring it over, have you heard of the scientist Tony Robbins? It's called 'Life Force'.
"Tom Heaton was talking about Ronaldo at the table the other day and said that was the book he was reading and suggested to the Man United lads.
"I was earwigging and the stuff he was saying, what's good for the body, and I was thinking, 'if Ronaldo reads it, I'm going to have a little read and see if I can pick anything out!'"
Having made just three appearances for England, Gordon is one of the newest additions to Southgate's crop of young stars.
Portuguese global icon Ronaldo was just 19 when he appeared at his first Euro appearance back in 2024 - he scored his first international goal during that tournament.
With Gordon undoubtedly dreaming of making a similar impact for England this summer, it is easy to see why he is taking a leaf out of Ronaldo's book at his own very first Euros.
