Man United target set to sign new Fiorentina contract

Manchester United target Juan Cuadrado is on the verge of signing a new contract with Fiorentina, according to reports in Italy.
talkSPORT told you last week that Cuadrado had been offered a new deal by the Serie A side and it now appears that those talks have been progressing well.
During the summer transfer window it looked as though the Colombia international would leave Fiorentina after both Barcelona and Manchester United expressed an interest in acquiring his services.
However, neither of the pair were able to match Fiorentina's asking price of £32m and no move ever materialised.
And now, according to TMW, Cuadrado is ready to end all speculation by putting pen to paper on a new contract with Fiorentina.
Cuadrado's current deal expires at the end of this season and as a result Fiorentina are hoping to wrap up talks as quickly as possible by offering to double the Colombian's salary.
