Boost for Arsenal! Blanc reveals PSG could sell in-demand midfielder this January

Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc has revealed that the French champions are considering selling Arsenal target Adrien Rabiot in January.

Rabiot was linked with a move away from Paris all summer after the midfielder refused to extended his current contract, which expires at the end of this season.

Arsenal and Roma were reportedly the favourites for the 19-year-old's signature, but neither club was able to complete a deal before the end of the transfer window.

However, Blanc has now confessed that PSG will considering selling Rabiot in January - rather than lose him on a free next summer.

"If we sell Rabiot, it will be in January," Blanc said.

"But there will have to be an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain. Our code of conduct preludes a free transfer."
