Chris Samba training with Aston Villa after unsuccessful Crystal Palace trial

Former Blackburn and Queens Park Rangers defender Chris Samba is training with Aston Villa following an unsuccessful trial at Crystal Palace.
The Congo centre-back failed to secure a contract at Palace following a spell at Selhurst Park and remains on the hunt for a new club.
And now Championship strugglers Villa are running the rule over the 32-year-old following their miserable start to life in the second tier.
Steve Bruce's side are 17th in the table and have conceded 13 goals in their last six games so Samba could convince them to snap him up.
The centre-back has commanded around £25m worth of transfer fees during his career and has a wealth of experience in English football following his five-year spell at Blackburn and a short stint at QPR in 2013.
