The Moroccan - who has hardly featured this season with an ankle injury alongside general fitness and conditioning problems - played his part in a 2-0 win.

The player was loaned out to Fulham and AC Milan last season and his agent claimed last week that he was given permission to find a new club in Janaury.

Rs midfielder Matt Phillips scored both the goals in the friendly victory that included a number of players on the periphery at Loftus Road.

Bobby Zamora, Clint Hill and Richard Dunne and Shaun Wright-Phillips all featured in the match.
