Footage captures moment Manchester United fans gave up hope as Liverpool performed training ground exercise

Liverpool quite literally ran rings around Manchester United during their 3-0 thrashing, and fans were not happy about it.
The Red Devils were comfortably beaten on home soil by their bitter rivals on Sunday, with Luis Diaz netting twice in the first half before Mohamed Salah rounded things off with a 56th-minute strike.
Salah's goal appeared to be the final nail in the coffin for United's players, who began to look totally defeated from this point on.
In a clip shared on X from the game's 57th-minute, Liverpool's players pass the ball around their opponents in a way that resembled a training ground rondo drill.
The footage shows Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dominik Szoboszlai and Ryan Gravenberch practically engaging in a keep-ball exercise on the right flank, with Erik ten Hag's side unable to get anywhere near them.
Eventually, the Reds break out of the tight-space in which they were playing to find Alexis MacAllister free in a dangerous position just outside the United box.

A separate video shows MacAllister then pick out Salah inside the box, whose deflected shot went narrowly wide.
This particular passage of play managed to infuriate many Red Devils supporters, with their players appearing totally outclassed.
The fan who uploaded the footage wrote: "They were taking the f****** p***.
"How do you let your biggest rivals do rondos on your home ground in the 57th minute?"

Another commented: "Liverpool moved their training ground to Old Trafford."
Other supporters were even more pessimistic, with one offering a damning verdict: "They all played woefully, not one single player on that team gave a 6.0 performance."
And it wasn't just those online who were left seething with the manner of defeat.
Many of the Old Trafford faithful were spotted leaving the ground with over 20 minutes of the match still left, while some who remained could be seen carrying 'Glazers out' banners, in protest against the club's ownership.
Despite the crushing loss however, United boss ten Hag refused to be overly damning of his side, insisting that many of his new signings, six of which started the game, need time to adapt.
Speaking after the match, he said: "It is not like I am Harry Potter, you have to acknowledge that.
"For three players [Alejandro Garnacho, Joshua Zirkzee and Matthijs de Ligt] it was their first start of the season.
"[New signing] Manuel Ugarte did not play one minute - he needs to build his fitness. Then we have to build him into the team. I am sure he will contribute to our team. It will take a couple of weeks, maybe even a month. That is the same for a lot of players."
For new Liverpool head coach Arne Slot however, the result saw him continue his perfect start to life on Merseyside.
The Dutchman has now won his first three games in charge, and became the first Reds manager to win their opening clash away at Old Trafford since George Kay in 1936.
With both sides now without a match for the next fortnight due to the international break, Slot will be hoping his group can continue their 100 per cent record when they return to action against Nottingham Forest on September 14.
Meanwhile, United will be looking to bounce back when they travel to Southampton on the same day.
