Arsenal legend David Seaman: ‘The stakes are higher than ever before in this north London derby’

Arsenal legend David Seaman has turned up the heat ahead of this Sunday's north London derby, saying the stakes are higher than ever before for both clubs.
Spurs maintained their faint title hopes with victory over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, while Arsenal's hopes of finishing in the top four were boosted by the win over Leicester City.
Both clubs are desperate for victory this weekend, with local bragging rights and league position at stake and Seaman believes this derby is different to any that has gone before.
Seaman told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast: "The way Tottenham have been playing is really good. Arsenal have been scrappy for the last part if the season.
"We normally have a good run-in, but we've left it a little bit late now.
"When you play in north London derbies it's so special, they're normally all for the fans, but this one's a bit different, there's a lot at stake.
"Obviously Spurs are going for the league again and Arsenal need to win all their games just to try and stay in Europe."
