Mohamed Salah puts pressure on Liverpool but Paris Saint-Germain not actively exploring free transfer

Paris Saint-Germain are not actively exploring a free transfer move for Mohamed Salah.
The French club have not made an approach for the Liverpool man, whose contract expires in the summer.
PSG believe the Salah camp is using the club to put pressure on Liverpool over a new contract.
French outfit first reported on Sunday that Liverpool's winger's representatives are in open dialect with PSG.
However, the Ligue 1 outfit insist they are currently not exploring a deal.
talkSPORT's European correspondent Andy Brassell says talks have been going on between the parties for some time.
He told talkSPORT: “PSG have denied [being in talks], but sources are claiming that the two parties have been in discussions for a long time, except that this time Mohamed Salah has opened the door.
"So, of course, he could officially sign for PSG if he wanted to from January 1.
"It's not a long time away now. Publicly, PSG's position is, we're happy we moved past the superstar era.
"If they get an opportunity to sign Mohamed Salah, there is no way they are turning it down. There is absolutely no way they are turning it down.
"Now, whether Mohamed Salah wants this news to leak, so he can put a bit of pressure on Liverpool, that would not surprise me.
"What an opportunity that would be for PSG."
PSG, who currently sit top of Ligue 1, no longer boast France international Kylian Mbappe after his move to Real Madrid in the summer.
And while Salah may be turning 33 next June, he still serves as an exciting prospect if he arrives on a free at the end of the campaign.
After Liverpool's 3-2 win over Southampton last month, the Egyptian winger admitted in a rare interview that he was 'more out than in' when it came to Liverpool contract negotiations.
He has been heavily linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, too.
Last month talkSPORT reported Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal wanted to sign Salah, with Saudi chiefs wanting him at the Club World Cup next summer to face former PSG star Lionel Messi.
Liverpool rejected an enormous £150million bid for the winger from Al Ittihad in September 2023. Al Hilal were also keen at the time.
Liverpool followed up their late victory at St Mary's with a 2-0 win over Real Madrid on Wednesday, before inflicting the same scoreline on Manchester City on Sunday.
The Reds remain at the top of the Champions League and the Premier League, with them currently nine points clear of second place Arsenal.
Salah netted in the victory over Man City, converting a 78th minute penalty after Stefan Ortega brought down Luis Diaz in the box.
He is now one goal behind Erling Haaland from being the league's top scorer this term with 11 goals so far.
The Egyptian has bagged 224 goals for Liverpool in 369 appearances in all competitions.
