Antoine Griezmann claims Atletico Madrid will try to sign Manchester United target Alexandre Lacazette once transfer ban is lifted

Atletico Madrid will return for Arsenal and Manchester United target Alexandre Lacazette once their transfer ban is lifted, according to his compatriot Antoine Griezmann.
Atletico are not allowed to sign any players during the summer transfer window after breaching FIFA rules regarding the signing of minors.
That left the Spanish side's proposed move for Lacazette in tatters and the forward completely in limbo.
However it had been seen as good news for both United and Arsenal, who are keen on landing the pacy striker this season.
But now his fellow Frenchman Griezmann, who is set to stay at Atletico this summer despite heavy interest from across Europe, says his club will go back for Lacazette.
Discussing the transfer ban, he told Telefoot: "Yes it is a shame for him, because he would have come.
"But in December, we will be knocking on the door again."
