Everton and West Ham miss out as Chelsea forward Bertrand Traore agrees loan move to Lyon

Everton and West Ham target Bertrand Traore has agreed to leave Chelsea and join Lyon, according to reports in France.
The 21-year-old looks certain to leave Stamford Bridge this summer having failed to establish himself in the first team at the club.
Traore scored nine goals in 24 league appearances on loan at Ajax last season, which attracted the attention of both West Ham and Everton.
But the Premier League pair have slipped behind Lyon in the race and, as was reported on Tuesday, the French club had entered advanced negotiations with Chelsea about the player.
And now, according to L'Equipe, Traore has agreed in principle to join Lyon this summer.
The Ligue 1 side and Chelsea are still finalising the transfer but it could be completed before the weekend is out.
