Golazo! Why can’t Arsenal’s forgotten man do this for the Gunners?

He was lauded as the 'Japanese Messi', but over the last four years Ryo Miyaichi has looked anything but, having failed to make an impression at the Emirates.

As such, the 22-year-old has been farmed out on a string of successive loan spells, with his most recent seeing him pitch up at Dutch side FC Twente.

While his appearances for the Eredivisie side have been few and far between, it does look as though he is starting to show some signs of developing into a half-decent footballer, if this goal for the club's second side Jong Twente is anything to go by.

With such ability like that in his locker, there will be a number of Arsenal fans wondering just why he hasn't shown them anything similar.
