Liverpool’s backline has once again been the subject of some scrutiny, with the Reds’ defence looking suspect at times this season.
Boss Brendan Rodgers’ switch to a back three, with the incorporation of wing-backs has been a positive change, but there remains a feeling he could still strengthen further at the end of the season.
As such, the Merseysiders have been tentatively linked with a handful of defenders, but there appears to be some weight to rumours they are lining up a move for former transfer target Kyriakos Papadopoulos.
The Greek star had been mooted for an Anfield switch back in 2012, and it seems as though he could finally get his switch this summer.
