Liverpool FC transfer news: Juventus join Reds in race to sign Lazio defender Stefan de Vrij

Juventus have joined Liverpool in the race for Lazio defender Stefan de Vrij.
The Italian champions are in the market for a new centre-back this summer after selling Leonardo Bonucci to AC Milan for £35m.
And, according to Corriere dello Sport, Juventus have now added De Vrij to their list of potential replacements.
The Dutchman has impressed for Lazio after joining them in 2014 from Feyenoord off the back of helping Holland reach the semi-finals of the World Cup in Brazil.
The 25-year-old has regularly been linked with a move to England since then and most recently Liverpool have been monitoring him.
Like Juventus, the Reds want to add a new centre-back this summer and De Vrij is one of their main targets after a deal for Southampton's Virgil van Dijk collapsed.
