Turkish giants Fenerbahce go all out to sign Everton and Arsenal target M’Baye Niang

Fenerbahce are desperate to land Arsenal and Everton target M'Baye Niang and have offered to sign him on loan or permanently.
The forward is currently back with AC Milan after spending the second half of last season on loan at Watford.
The Frenchman produced the odd moment of brilliance during his time in England and it has done enough to catch the eyes of Arsenal and Everton.
However, according to L'Equipe, the Premier League duo risk being left behind as Fenerbahce are going all out to get Niang.
The Turkish giants are so keen on the 22-year-old that they have given Milan two deals to choose from.
Fenerbahce have reportedly offered to sign Niang on loan for the season before buying him permanently in a year, or they are willing to buy him outright now for an upfront fee of £6m that could rise to £14m.
Milan are now said to be mulling over the offers, meaning Arsenal and Everton have to act fast or risk losing out.
