PAY UP! Borussia Dortmund refuse to loan out Liverpool transfer target Emre Mor

Liverpool target Emre Mor will only be allowed to leave Borussia Dortmund on a permanent basis, according to reports in Germany.
But German newspaper Bild are claiming teams interested in the Turkish international will have to pay close to £18million for his signature.
Despite his former club’s demands, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp could push ahead with a bid for the youngster, should Philippe Coutinho complete a transfer to Barcelona.
