Chelsea and Tottenham on red alert with reports ‘new Franck Ribery’ could be set for summer move

Chelsea and Tottenham have been put on red alert after reports in France claimed Marseille could sell Florian Thauvin this summer.
The winger, who has been labelled as the new Franck Ribery, has racked up 15 goals and 14 assists since joining Marseille from Lille for £12m in 2013.
The 22-year-old has caught the eye of several clubs and Valencia reportedly made enquiries over the Frenchman's availability during January's transfer window.
Chelsea and Tottenham have both also expressed an interest and they have now been given a boost in their pursuit.
According to France Football, Marseille President Vincent Labrune has told Thauvin he will be sold if an acceptable offer comes along.
The former France Under-21 was said to be shocked upon hearing the news and his agent is now reportedly working towards sorting a switch in the summer.
