Tottenham transfer news: Georges-Kevin N’Koudou in talks over loan move to Hellas Verona

Serie A side Hellas Verona are in talks with Tottenham outcast Georges-Kevin N'Koudou about a possible loan deal this summer.

N'Koudou was signed by Spurs 12 months ago from Marseille, but has struggled to make his mark at the club under boss Mauricio Pochettino and his future is uncertain.

The winger has interest from Italy and, according to Sky Italia, Hellas Verona are in talks to sign him.

Verona want to take the 22-year-old on loan for the season and are working hard to put an agreement in place.

It is unclear whether N'Koudou is open to the move, with Verona having only won promotion back to Serie A last season by virtue of a second place finish in Serie B.

However, an opportunity to play regular first-team football is something the Italians can offer and N'Koudoumay feel the time is right to reinvigorate his career away from Spurs.
