Reports - Arsenal and Everton target M'Baye Niang ‘signed off with stress’ amid uncertainty over AC Milan future

Arsenal and Everton target M'Baye Niang has rejected a fresh approach from Spartak Moscow and has been signed off with stress.

The striker has been told he can leave AC Milan this summer and the club are looking to sell him before the transfer window shuts.

The Frenchman, who was on loan at Watford for the second half of last season, has been linked with both Arsenal and Everton over the past three months.

Spartak Moscow, however, have been leading the race for Niang and they thought they had got their man after having a bid of £21m accepted.

But, according to Sky Sport Italia, Niang has rejected their offer and has been signed off from training for 10 days due to stress.

The 22-year-old is said to have handed in the medical certificate on Tuesday, after he told Milan he would not be going to Moscow.

The Frenchman instead wants to stay in Italy and he is hoping Torino can up their opening offer of £12m.
