Exclusive – Former Arsenal star reveals his Gunners shopping list for the summer

Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell has revealed his shopping list to turn the Gunners from also-rans into Premier League champions.

Arsene Wenger is expected to splash the cash this summer, as they plan an assault on the title next season.

On Campbell’s list are Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech, Monaco’s Geoffrey Kondogbia, along with one of PSG strike duo Edinson Cavani and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

And the former Arsenal forward insists those signings would be perfect for the north London club.

“Getting Petr Cech in goal would be massive for Arsenal,” he told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show.

“In midfield, I like Geoffrey Kondogbia, he would do a good job. Up front they should go to PSG and try and get either, and this might come as a big surprise, Edinson Cavani or Zlatan Ibrahimovic. They are winners.

“They are the type of players Arsenal need to be going for.”
