Liverpool are favourites to sign Bayern Munich starlet Renato Sanches.

The 20-year-old has had a difficult time in Germany since arriving last summer from Benfica.

The Portugal international has found his path to the first team blocked and he is ready to go out on loan in search of more action.

Bayern are reportedly not opposed to a short-term move for Sanches and, according to Bild, Liverpool is his most likely destination.

The Reds are said to be at the front of the queue for the midfielder and a loan deal works best for them too.

Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign Naby Keita from RB Leipzig but, as he is not set to join until next summer, the club are eager to bring in Sanches for a year.
