Southampton and Newcastle target Yann Karamoh completes move to Inter Milan from Caen

Newcastle United and Southampton target Yann Karamoh has joined Inter Milan.

The Caen winger has been linked with a move all summer after turning down a new contract.

Newcastle United and Southampton have been chasing the France Under-21 international, but Inter have led the way more recently.

And, according to TMW, the Italian club have now signed Karamoh after coughing up an initial £7m.

The 19-year-old has been tipped for a big future by those in France and Inter have fought hard to beat off Premier League competition to get him.
