Burnley transfer target Gabriel Barbosa eager to make his mark at Inter Milan

Burnley target Gabriel Barbosa has his heart set on a return to Inter Milan.

The striker has joined Benfica on loan for the rest of the season after a switch to Burnley collapsed.

The Brazilian could join Benfica permanently next summer for around £23m, but he has revealed he wants to prove himself at Inter still.

"I'm happy to have been given this great chance and to be able to show my qualities," he told Premium Sport.

"The offer arrived yesterday at 3pm. There was no official proposal before that.

"I hope to play as much as possible, but my biggest objective is to do well in Portugal, in order to return to Inter."
