New Lille manager puts West Brom target top of his transfer wishlist

New Lille manager Herve Renard has put West Brom target Jordan Ayew at the top of his summer wishlist.

According to reports in France, the former Cambridge and Ivory Coast manager wants the 23-year-old forward to front his new-look attack.

Ayew signed a four-year deal at Lorient when he arrived in July and hit 12 goals in 31 Ligue 1 outings for his new club.

However, he could be on the move yet again with Lille ready to make their move.

That could encourage West Brom to rekindle their long-term interest in the pacey Ghana international, having comfortably avoided relegation from the Premier League.
