Forbes have released their annual statistics showing the highest paid sportsmen in the world, and some of the results are staggering.

Eight of the top ten remain the same from the 2014 figures, albeit with a few tweaks to the hierarchy here and there, but the total earnings have risen exponentially.

Each sportsman's total earnings are a combination of their yearly salaries and endorsements, with sponsorship having a compartiviely smaller impact than you might expect.
