Watford set to beat West Ham to sign Inter Milan midfielder Zdravko Kuzmanovic

Watford look set to pip West Ham to the signing of Inter Milan midfielder Zdravko Kuzmanovic.

The Serbian has struggled to make an impact at the San Siro since joining from Stuttgart in 2013 and Inter are willing to sell him this summer having completed the signing of Geoffrey Kondogbia from Monaco.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Hornets are leading the chase for the 27-year-old and have entered negotiations with the Serie A side over a deal.

West Ham are still reportedly interested in Kuzmanovic but the Serb is not a priority for the Hammers, paving the way for Watford to engineer a move.
