Liverpool transfer rumours: seven defensive transfer targets including ex-Chelsea man

Liverpool have set about completing their transfer business early this summer, after a disappointing showing last season.

In have come James Milner, Roberto Firmino, Adam Bogdan, Danny Ings and Joe Gomez, as Brendan Rodgers looks to get the Reds back into a top four spot next campaign.

While the forwards have been improved, the club's leaky defence still needs some serious work and the Merseysiders are expected to further splash the cash in the window.
