talkSPORT's Spanish football expert Graham Hunter claims Liverpool target Carlos Bacca is not 'world class' but will score goals in the Premier League.

The Reds are eyeing the Sevilla star, following the capture of Hoffenheim's Roberto Firmino, and are said to be preparing a £21million bid.

But Hunter claims the Colombian, 28, may be join the Brendan Rodgers' side just for the money.

“Carlos Bacca is a very good goal grabber,” he told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show “He’s scored 49 goals in the last two seasons.

“Sevilla remain a selling club, they don’t want to lose him but Bacca came late to the highest level and I know for a fact he urgently wants to maximise his earnings.

“Over the last two seasons he’s played well in Europe and against the top teams in Spain.

"If he ends up at Liverpool he will score goals. Is he absolutely world class though? Perhaps not.”
