Young trio sign Manchester City contract extensions

Manchester City youngsters Angus Gunn, Jorge Intima and Kean Bryan have all signed contract extensions with the club.

The Elite Development Squad (EDS) trio, who have been working with youth coach Patrick Vieira at the Etihad Stadium, could all feature in the club's pre-season fixture programme.

England youth star Gunn has agreed a new four-year deal with the Blues, while highly-rated Portuguese winger Intima has sealed a one-year extension after impressing last term.

EDS captain Bryan has also extended his stay in Manchester by an extra two years and tweeted his reaction to the news: "Proud to have signed my deal with MCFC. Blessed with the opportunity to live my dream every day."

The EDS team, predominantly made up of under-21 players, ply their trade in the reserve tier of English football.
