Dida is widely regarded as one of Brazil and AC Milan's greatest ever goalkeepers.

Capped 91 times for Brazil, he won the World Cup and Confederations Cup [twice], while he lifted a host of major honours with Milan, including two Champions Leagues, during a ten-year spell at the San Siro.

But he's not ready to retire yet and still looks in incredible shape, judging by this intense training session with Internacional.
