No Messi or Ronaldo? 10 players with the most goals and assists combined in Europe’s top five leagues

We're rapidly approaching the halfway point of the 2015/16 season and some of the usual suspects have been racking up impressive statistics so far this campaign.

With European leagues across the continent preparing to put their feet up over the winter break, Premier League players have the opportunity to continue their individual tallys.

Only two Premier League players, both from the same club, currently make the top ten in terms of combined goals and assists in Europe's top five leagues this season.

Perhaps more astonishingly is that neither Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi make the top ten, with the latter's injury-plagued season contibuting to a comparatively paltry return.
