Chelsea transfer news: Kurt Zouma to leave on loan?

Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma is a loan target for Lazio, according to reports in Italy.

The 21-year-old defender was signed by Jose Mourinho and the manager's sacking has raised questions over his long-term future.

Zouma is under contract until 2019 but now, according to Corriere dello Sport, Lazio still reckon they could prise him away from Stamford Bridge on a temporary deal.

The former St Etienne man has been a regular for Chelsea so far this term, racking up 23 appearances in all competitions and chipping in with two goals.

But that will not stop Lazio from making their move once the transfer window opens.
