WATCH: Tottenham and Algeria midfielder Nabil Bentaleb scores for Under 21s against Southampton

Nabil Bentaleb - remember the name, Spurs fans?

The Algerian midfielder has played little part in the north Londoners' Premier League campaign, having appeared in just one league game since September.

The 21-year-old has impressed for the club in the last two seasons, but his progress has slowed after picking up an injury early in the campaign. 

He returned to action for Algeria in November and has since played in Tottenham's first team in the Europa League, FA Cup and Premier League (against Crystal Palace). 

But French-born Bentaleb may be back in Mauricio Pochettino's thoughts after putting the under 21s back on level terms against Southampton.
