Cengiz Under could join Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur for £44million, according to reports.
The young Turkish star is in high demand after impressing for the Italian giants this season and, alongside Arsenal and Spurs, Bayern Munich and Barcelona are reportedly keeping close tabs on his development too.
After initially struggling to break into the Roma first-team following a £11million move from Turkish club Basaksehir, Under has excelled this term making eight appearances and scoring twice.
Roma have insisted that the 21-year-old is not for sale but this has done little to squash the speculation surrounding his future at the Stadio Olimpico.
And now, , Arsenal and Spurs have received news that Under could be available for around £44million .
