"The fans are not happy, me, Marko is not happy but this happens to some players in a moment of the season when they are not in their best moment.
"Talking with Marko, he wants to do things better. He is absolutely involved with our team, what happened with China is now over and finished.

“If anyone thinks that Marko doesn't want to be here at West Ham, they are wrong. Marko is absolutely involved mentally and physically."

Talk of Arnautovic moving to China dominated the January transfer window, before the 29-year-old performed a shock U-turn to sign a new contract at the London Stadium at the end of the month.

The Austria international will be looking to end his eight-game goal-drought when West Ham travel to Chelsea on Monday.

The Hammers could move as high as ninth with a win at Stamford Bridge, as Pellegrini's side battle with Wolves, Watford, Leicester and Everton to finish seventh this season and be crowned 'best of the rest' in the Premier League.
