Ahead of the release of the latest FIFA from the EA Sports franchise we look at 20 players from the Premier League that are deserving of a rating refresh.
The Premier League season hasn't even started yet but already we're dreaming about getting our mitts on EA Sports' FIFA 20.
Already announced with a host of brilliant new features - including their new Volta mode, which has gamers reminiscing about FIFA Street.
With a new game, though, comes new ratings and we're already excited about the raft of upgrades we could be about to see.
A number of young talents have continued their growth in the Premier League, while we've also seen some under the radar stars prove themselves to be better than their current score.

The French midfielder was classified by EA Sports as a common silver item on FIFA 19 Ultimate Team, with a mere 67 rating.
At just 20, he made 48 appearances last season for the Gunners, including 11 games in their Europa League campaign where they eventually lost to Chelsea in the final.
Unai Emery handpicked Guendouzi to move to North London and with the departures of Aaron Ramsey in midfield, the future star will have a big season ahead of him.
A powerhouse who is calm and assured on the ball, has Guendouzi with the potential to remind fans of a certain Invincible who shares the same nationality.
Aston Villa - Tyrone Mings

Mings signed for Aston Villa last week for £20million from Bournemouth after enjoying a successful loan spell with the newly promoted Premier League Villa last season. He was an integral player in there play-off success.
This potential rating increase would see his FUT (FIFA Ultimate team) player item change and increase to a gold card, along with a position change from left back to centre back, where he played for Villa last season.
His physical play style and appearance means that he is certain to thrive in the Premier League, and this upgrade based on performance could continue to climb throughout FIFA 20.
Bournemouth - Ryan Fraser

FIFA 20 potential - 82
Bournemouth's terrier like winger, Fraser, was truly let off the leash this past season, having his most successful season in terms of goal involvement, netting seven goals and picking up 14 assists.
The flying Scotsman has been the centre of transfer speculation this summer, with Arsenal showing the most interest in the 25-year-old.
Fraser is known for his blistering pace and aggression on either wing, and pace is something that is lacking in the Arsenal squad.
Eddie Howe may be reluctant to let his man go, but with a market value of £27million, a move could still happen which would boost his chances of an upgrade when FIFA 20 is released in September.
Brighton & Hove Albion - Glenn Murray

A striker that often goes unnoticed. Murray is not typically exciting to watch, but for Brighton fans he is the reason they are still in the Premier League, with 15 goals in all competitions last season.
Now 35, Murray is getting to the end of his career but goals are not drying up, despite signings in his position at Brighton, he has out-scored them all.
He is old fashioned in his approach, holding up the ball and bringing others into play, before making sure he is in the right area to finish chances, and although not a popular striker choice within the FIFA community, he is still deserving of a small upgrade.
Burnley - Dwight McNeil

FIFA 20 potential - 71
A player that appeared out of nowhere at Burnley and the 19-year old went on to play 26 times for the club last season.
In those games, McNeil, who plays on the left, contributed to eight goals and became a firm fan favourite.
He is a winger that can go forward but is very mature defensively for his age, an attribute admired by his manager Dyche, who is known for operating with a well-oiled defensive machine.
Last year, McNeil's FIFA 19 rating was a lowly 62 (bronze item) as no one had heard of or seen him in the claret jersey, but an impressive breakout season should see him rise to a silver base card in FIFA 20.
Chelsea - Callum Hudson-Odoi

FIFA 20 potential - 78
Chelsea are renowned for producing some of the hottest talent in youth football, just ask the 41 players that were out on loan from Stamford Bridge last season.
But Hudson-Odoi, despite being frustrated under former manager Mauricio Sarri, stayed in west London despite handing in a transfer request in January as he attempted to force a move to Bayern Munich.
The 18-year old made 29 appearances under Sarri in all competitions and was the one player Chelsea fans were crying out for when the Blues were struggling. He added excitement and positivity to the team.
Staying at the club is a decision that could favour the teenager as new manager Frank Lampard believes in youth, as shown when he managed Derby County last season.
Don't sleep on this wonderkid, he is set to flourish in years to come, starting in the 2019/20 season, and it's sure to be a big upgrade for Hudson-Odoi.
Crystal Palace - Wilfred Zaha

One of the league's most wanted players this summer, is anyone willing to meet Crystal Palace's asking price?
Despite a market value of £41million, Palace are holding out for a fee of around £100million, after rejecting a proposed £70million bid from Arsenal.
The Ivorian forward has told the media himself he wants to be playing for a top team, with European football, and proved it by scoring and assisting 10 goals in the 2018/19 campaign.
Zaha is always a popular player on FIFA, known for his powerful play down the wing mixed with scintillating skill moves and close control.
Pairing this with important goals and performances last season mean he is a must to get a rating boost for the 2019/20 season - will he get his transfer too?
Everton - Lucas Digne

The French left-back is a typical example of a player that has been everywhere and won everything - without playing.
The former Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain defender joined the blue side of Merseyside from Barcelona in August 2018, for £18 million, and in his first season proved why he has been with some of Europe's biggest clubs.
From full-back, he picked up four goals and assists, including a screamer against Manchester United in April.
Despite Leighton Baines' status on Merseyside, it looks like Digne has cemented his place in the starting XI under Marco Silva on merit, and is fast becoming one of the Premier League's top players in his position.
If the 25-year old does see an upgrade in FIFA 20 he will be adding himself to an already very deep pool of talented French players on the game, and you can expect him to be a popular choice with gamers.
Leicester City - Ben Chilwell

Leicester City's left-back joins a number of defenders making this list of potential upgrades after improving hugely in the 2018/19 season and becoming a starter for club and country.
Key performances in games such as a 1-1 draw with title challengers Liverpool, where Chilwell picked up an assist, helped promote him into the thoughts of England manager Gareth Southgate.
At 22, Chilwell has made seven senior appearances for his country and is on his way to maintaining a permanent spot in the squad.
In recent years, Chilwell and teammate Harry Maguire have been linked with a move to Manchester United, but the Red Devils seemed to have cooled their interest - great news for Foxes manager Brendan Rodgers, who will want to keep the talented player this summer.
Liverpool - Trent Alexander-Arnold

It would have been easy to put both Liverpool full-backs on this list, but Alexander-Arnold, at just 20-years-old, is as good as any right-back in the world, if not better - and he's not even in his prime.
Trent plays with his heart on his sleeve, a boyhood Reds fan who is proving his worth on the pitch rather than in the stands.
The 2018/19 season saw him pick up a Premier League record of 12 assists from full-back (matched by Andy Robertson) as well as four in the Champions League.
His assist from the corner that lead to Divock Origi scoring the goal to take Liverpool to the Champions League final will never be forgotten.
Alexander-Arnold went into FIFA 19 with a relatively low rating of 78, but after his involvement in Liverpool's title race and success in winning European silverware he is awaiting a huge upgrade that could see him become the best right-back on the game.
Manchester City - Bernardo Silva

When Manchester City signed the Portuguese playmaker from Monaco, many were sceptical about where he would fit into the team, despite the quality of the player.
In 2018/19 Silva scored a total of 13 goals and set up 14 as part of Pep Guardiola's dream team, who won the domestic treble, while he also picked up a fourth trophy with Portugal by winning the first ever UEFA Nations League final.
On top of his goal involvement, the 24-year old is integral to the system Guardiola wants to play with the international star breaking the record for distance covered in a single match, twice, in the Premier League last season.
Firstly, against Tottenham in October (13.65km) and then again later on against Liverpool clocking 13.7km - in a game that swung the title in City's favour.
He made it into the FIFA 19 Team of the Season for the Premier League, as his performances throughout 2018/19 kept the likes of Riyad Mahrez out of the team.
Manchester City bought Bernardo Silva for a little over £40million but now after two seasons, his market value sits at £90million, emphasising the need for him to see a big upgrade come the release of FIFA 20 in September.
Manchester United - Aaron Wan Bissaka

The new boy on the block at Manchester United after a £50m switch from Crystal Palace, he will surely be boosted for FIFA 20, based on his 2018/19 season.
Already an England Under-21 international, Wan-Bissaka was voted into the EA Sports Most Consistent Team of the Season from the top five leagues in Europe.
Looking at his stats last season, he was revealed as the best tackler in Europe, being successful in 91 challenges - averaging one every 24 minutes.
He is the definition of a winger's worst nightmare, having only been beaten by six players all season - even Real Madrid signing Eden Hazard failed to get past the young Englishman.
His price tag may seem extortionate, but if he has a successful season at a Manchester United side in need of defensive stability, he will only add to the upgrades coming his way on the launch of FIFA 20.
Newcastle United - Fabian Schar

Perhaps a surprise inclusion into the list, but despite all the financial issues and disputes surrounding Newcastle, the Swiss central defender was one of a few stand out players who may have slipped under the radar.
He made 24 appearances in the 2018/19 season as one of the only constants in a defence that was torn apart by injuries from start to finish.
Schar even chipped in with a few goals, four in total including a brace against Cardiff in January - a couple of them screamers - lets hope that shot power and long shot ratings are boosted!
Newcastle signed the 27-year old for £3.6million from Deportivo La Coruna, in July 2018, a year later since his move to Tyneside, Schar's market value has risen to more than £7million but the club will view him as indispensable
Norwich City - Teemu Pukki

FIFA 20 potential - 76
The Finnish striker set the Championship alight last season as Norwich won the title.
Pukki joined from Danish side Brondby IF for a small fee of £1.5m as the Canaries looked ahead to the 2018/19 season.
The 29-year old went on to score 30 goals in 46 appearances for Norwich, including six braces throughout the season.
Currently in the game Pukki is a silver item, due to being a low rating of 71, but later made it into the FIFA EFL Team of the Season, which will help to propel his ratings ahead of his first season as a Premier League player.
Whether it be in your fantasy football team or FIFA team, Pukki will be a very cheap and potentially viable option if he can carry his Championship goal scoring pedigree into the top tier.
Sheffield United - Billy Sharp

FIFA 20 potential - 73
At 33-years-old, Sheffield United talisman Billy Sharp is similar to Glenn Murray, there are more exciting players, but he is one of the best at delivering for his team - scoring goals, and lots of them.
He helped Sheffield United to finish second in the Championship last season, as they booked the last automatic promotion spot into the Premier League.
He ended the 2018/19 season with 24 goals in 40 appearances for the Blades including a hat-trick against playoff winners Aston Villa and another three against Wigan later in the season.
Southampton - Che Adams

FIFA 20 potential - 75
A versatile player who can play anywhere across the front three, on either flank or down the middle as a striker.
Southampton confirmed the signing of Adams from a struggling Birmingham City, for a fee of £15m, as they looked to reinforce their attacking option even though they had already landed Danny Ings on a permanent deal from Liverpool.
Adams, 22, is extremely quick and can press high, which will help as Saints manager Ralf Hasenhuttl expects this from his players in the system he uses.
From a FIFA point of view, this card has the potential to be very usable at the start of the game. If he does receive a big enough upgrade, pace is always a very popular choice at the start of a FIFA game, especially if the player cheap.
Tottenham Hotspur - Tanguy Ndombele

Can you believe it? Tottenham have finally started to add players to their squad. Transfers are flowing and there were even two in one day!
One of those was French international Tanguy Ndombele from Ligue 1 side Lyon for a club-record £55m.
At 22-years old, Ndombele was part of an eye catching Lyon side and attracted attention from a number of top clubs before the Frenchman chose White Hart Lane.
He made a total of 41 appearances across Ligue 1 and the Champions League in 2018/19, scoring three goals.
He was voted, during a promotion on FIFA 19, as one of the world's 'Future Stars' alongside his former teammate Ferland Mendy - who has moved to Real Madrid.
As well as this, Ndombele was, like Wan-Bissaka, was named in the Most Consistent Team of the Season, emphasising his composed qualities throughout the duration of a campaign.
A big move to Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs means he is sure to be one of the biggest movers in terms of upgrades ahead of FIFA 20.
Watford - Gerard Deulofeu

It was a strange season for Watford and manager Javi Gracia, as Watford finished 11th in the Premier League and reached the FA Cup final, where they lost to Manchester City.
Out of the squad, its hard to say that any one player shone, but Spaniard Gerard Deulofeu did have a flurry of impressive performances.
He is one of the most naturally gifted and direct wingers in world football, having Spanish flair as well as raw pace to trouble any defence.
The former Barcelona player was named Man of the Match after he came on as a substitute in the FA Cup semi-final to score two goals and take them to Wembley, while he also scored a hat-trick against Cardiff in February, finishing with 10 goals for the season and five assists.
Despite it only being a marginal upgrade Deulofeu will be another option out wide for gamers, or possibly through the middle if he gets a positional change.
West Ham United - Declan Rice

One of the biggest names in football when it comes to potential.
Rice has had a remarkable rise in the Premier League at West Ham United. A central defender turned holding midfielder due to a squad plagued with injuries saw him flourish.
The 20-year old has been linked with moves to both Manchester City and Manchester United as well as Liverpool, with current manager Manuel Pellegrini having no interest in selling - even if that is his old side City.
Rice is already a star in the Premier League due to his love and appreciation for the physical side of the game, and a market value of £40m, doesn't justify his worth to a team.
Starting off the year as a 69 rated central defender, Rice is another due a big upgrade and position change for the next FIFA, as well as a nationality change, making him easier to link in the game.
Wolverhampton Wanderers - Raul Jimenez

El Matador is officially a Wolves player after the club triggerd a £30m deal for their on loan star from Benfica.
In 44 appearances for Wolves in the 2018/19 season, Jimenez scored 17 goals as Wolves finished seventh in the Premier League.
Another player who went under the radar for some time, Jimenez built a fantastic partnership with Portuguese pair Diogo Jota and Ruben Neves.
Jimenez is a favourite to be in many line-ups for fantasy football this coming season, but with enough of an upgrade, he could be a very usable option in FIFA 20 as a Premier League striker.
