Manchester United need to sign players like Tottenham’s Harry Kane, ex-Red Devil Jonathan Spector claims
Former defender Spector is a big fan of Marcus Rashford but doubts he can lead the line by himself right now

Harry Kane is just the type of player Manchester United need to sign, the club's former defender Jonathan Spector believes.
Romelu Lukaku is wanted by Inter Milan and will reportedly be allowed to leave for £75million having fallen out of favour under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer last season to throw his Old Trafford future into doubt.
Marcus Rashford, meanwhile, has signed a new four-year contract to stay at Old Trafford until 2023, with the option of a fifth year, and he's set to earn up to £300,000-a-week as he stakes his claim to become the Red Devils' first-choice centre-forward.
But Spector, who spent three years on United's books, does not believe the young England international is good enough to lead the line on his own right now.
While he is an admirer of Rashford, who scored 13 goals in all competitions last season, the former United States international feels United would benefit from owning a player like Kane, the prolific Tottenham and England forward.

Spector, speaking exclusively to , said: "I think it would be great if Rashford was able to step up and take that role but I don't know that he is a finished product yet.
"It's a young team that they've got and I think they need to find the right balance between youth and experience, and I'd love to see them bring in a proven goal scorer. More like a [Ruud] Van Nistelrooy.
"Which every club wants, someone you know who is going to get you a number of goals.
"Harry Kane is a perfect example, I'd love to see them bring in someone like that, but also I don't know how much money is being made available for that position!"
Though Kane has been linked with the Red Devils in previous years, there is no real interest in the England skipper this summer.
United are instead said to be targeting Inter's Mauro Icardi and Paulo Dybala of Juventus as potential replacements for Lukaku.
Despite the Belgium international's desire to leave Old Trafford this summer, Lukaku has still travelled to Australia for United's pre-season tour, and he'll be competing with Rashford and Mason Greenwood, the young academy prospect, for game time at centre-forward down under.
