Sheffield Wednesday vs Everton: Marco Silva to play key stars Richarlison and Gylfi Sigurdsson with job on the line?

Marco Silva is under increasing pressure ahead of Everton’s trip to Sheffield Wednesday in the Carabao Cup third round on Tuesday.
The Toffees have lost their last two Premier League games to Bournemouth and Sheffield United and sit 14th in the table.
It has been an underwhelming start to the season for Silva, who brought in over £100million-worth of talent in the summer.
Big money was spent on Moise Kean, Andre Gomes, Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Alex Iwobi, however, Everton have failed to hit the ground running so far.
The Toffees had to come from behind to beat League One club Lincoln in the second round of the Carabao Cup last month, despite fielding a very strong side.

Silva, who is in desperate need of a win at Hillsborough, is likely to play his big guns once again in the competition.
Jordan Pickford is likely to start in goal with a back four of Monaco loanee Djibril Sidibe, Michael Keane, Mason Holgate and Lucas Digne.
Summer signing Fabian Delph missed the start of the campaign with a thigh injury and has stared Everton’s last four matches, so a rest wouldn’t go amiss.

It could see Tom Davies make a first appearance since the opening day of the season to partner Morgan Schneiderlin in midfield.
After failing to break down a sturdy Sheffield United defence, Silva could freshen up his attack and bring in Theo Walcott on the right, while keeping faith in Gylfi Sigurdsson and Richarlison.
Kean, who is yet to open his account for Everton, will be aiming to end his seven-game goal drought at Sheffield Wednesday.
