Every Manchester United signing since Sir Alex Ferguson retired, including record breaking fees for Paul Pogba and Harry Maguire

Manchester United have spent close to £850million on transfers since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013.
Despite the huge outlay on signings over that period, the Red Devils have failed to mount a serious title challenge.
They are now on their fourth permanent manager and that could soon become a fifth if results do not pick up soon.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer suffered a 2-0 defeat to Burnley at Old Trafford on Wednesday to leave them six points off the Champions League places.
Solskjaer reportedly wants more money spent in January to bolster his squad despite the club spending nearly £150million last summer.
Executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has been in charge of the club’s transfers since 2013 and his hit rate is alarmingly poor considering the money spent.
Here is every single signing Manchester United have made since Ferguson retired.
Marouane Fellaini – £27.5m
David Moyes’ first signing for the club and often a source of frustration among fans.
He was mostly used as an impact player from the bench towards the end of his career before moving to China in January 2019.
Juan Mata – £37.1m
The Spaniad was signed from Chelsea and is still at the club. One of the better signings made over the last seven years.
Ander Herrera – £29m
He spent five years at the club before leaving on a free transfer last summer and joining Paris Saint-Germain.
Luke Shaw – £31m
Shaw made a promising start to his early United career but has suffered numerous injury problems and played just 121 times in six seasons.
Marcos Rojo – £16m
Rojo was a regular in the United defence in his first three seasons but proved to be unreliable. He has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford.
Angel di Maria – £59.7m
He arrived to much fanfare and had bags of talent but never settled at Man United.
His move was the highest fee ever paid by a British club at the time but he was sold just 12 months later to Paris Saint-Germain.
Daley Blind – £13.8m
A versatile player who was used in many positions for Man United. Perhaps a little underrated during his time at Old Trafford before heading back to Ajax.
Radamel Falcao – £6m loan fee
A poor loan spell that saw him score just four times in 29 total appearances before he went back to Monaco.
Victor Valdes – free
It was in the twilight of his career when he joined United after more than 500 appearances for Barcelona. He made two appearances before joining Middlesbrough.
Memphis Depay – £26.3m
Depay spent a disappointing 18 months at Man United before joining Lyon and never showed his potential.

Morgan Schneiderlin – £25m
Another player who had just 18 months at Old Trafford before heading to the exit. He found first-team opportunities limited so left to join Everton.
Bastian Schweinsteiger – £6.8m
It would have been great to see a Schweinsteiger in his prime at Old Trafford but it was not until 2015 that he joined the club.
He left 18 months later have played just 18 Premier League games and joined Chicago Fire.
Sergio Romero – free
One of the best bits of transfer business United have done in recent times.
He is one of the best back-up goalkeepers in the league and there has been arguments made for more first team action.
Anthony Martial – £58m
He was the most expensive teenager ever signed at the time and has shown glimpses of his potential. At 24 the club will be looking for him to push on with more regular goals.
Eric Bailly – £30m
Bailly has been a good defender when he has played but numerous injury problems have left him a little shaky and his future at Old Trafford is now unsure.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic – free
Another good piece of business and scored 28 goals in all competitions in his one and only season. United fans would have liked to see him stay longer.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan – £26.3m
The midfielder had a solid start to life at Old Trafford but form dipped and he was soon axed. He was later swapped with Arsenal for Alexis Sanchez.
Paul Pogba – £89m
Pogba can be world class on his day but he has not shown the consistency that earned him so many plaudits with Juventus and France.
He has also reportedly been a disruptive influence on the dressing room and wants to leave.
Victor Lindelof – £39m
He was signed by Man United in 2017 and has been a regular under Mourinho and Solskjaer.
Their best centre-back partnership at the moment is Harry Maguire and Lindelof.
Romelu Lukaku – £90m
He was often criticised for his performances at Ole Trafford but he still scored 42 times in 96 games.
Lukaku left on a permanent deal to join Inter Milan last summer and is enjoying life in Serie A.
Nemanja Matic – £40m
Matic was a favourite of Mourinho but has struggled to establish a place in Solskjaer’s side. He is likely to leave on a free transfer in the summer.
Alexis Sanchez – swap deal
A terrible signing by United given his astronomical wages and he left to join Inter Milan on loan last summer.
They are still believed to be still paying a large portion of his salary.
Diogo Dalot – £19m
Dalot is still only 20 and we have yet to see if he will fulfil his potential with the club.
He has made 28 total appearances for the club over the last two-and-a-half seasons.
Fred – £52m
He was signed in the summer of 2018 and was slow at first to adapt to life in the Premier League.
He has been better this season and started to form a good partnership with Scott McTominay.
Lee Grant – £1.5m
Grant was signed as a third choice for United and has made two appearances for the club.
Daniel James – £15m
The early signs have been promising for the winger and has shown his pace and trickery.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka – £50m
One of United’s best performers this season and has slotted into the defence seamlessly.
Harry Maguire – £80m
A world record fee for a defender was paid to Leicester for Maguire and he has since taken over as captain.
He has played well and United will be hoping that continues for years to come.
