Jol sets Fulham first team target for youngster

Martin Jol will give exciting prospect Buomesca Tue Na Bangna until the New Year to force his way in to the first team before sending him out on loan.
The Portuguese winger, known as Mesca, made his debut as a second-half substitute in Saturday's derby defeat at Chelsea but was an unused sub in the 2-1 win over Everton in the League Cup win on Tuesday might.
Mesca, who signed a new long-term deal in April, has leapfrogged Iranian international Ashkan Dejagah in the queue for Fulham's right-wing spot.
And Jol has now challenged the 20-year-old to fight it out with experienced regulars Bryan Ruiz and Damien Duff for a regular place in the side.
"I told Mesca if he starts scoring goals and giving us assists he could be the number one," said Jol.
When asked whether he would consider sending him out on loan, the manager added: "I will wait until January because he's in contention for the first team."
