West Brom are still chasing automatic promotion and start the evening three points ahead of third-placed Brentford.

They face a Fulham side who can still break into the top two but would have to beat the Baggies tonight.

Cardiff are in the final play-off place, a point above Swansea.

Derby are not out of the picture yet and go into the match in tenth, three points off Cardiff.
