Willian transfer EXCLUSIVE: Chelsea forward has TWO concrete offers from Premier League clubs, confirms agent Kia Joorabchian, amid Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United interest

Willian has been approached by two Premier League clubs who have put 'concrete offers' on the table for the Chelsea forward.
This is according to the Brazilian's agent, Kia Joorabchian, who exclusively told talkSPORT on Tuesday morning that Willian is also wanted in MLS and by two clubs in Europe.
Willian is out of contract at the end of the season, with Chelsea still to play the FA Cup final against Arsenal on Saturday and then resume their Champions League campaign next month with a trip to Germany to take on Bayern Munich.
Recent reports have suggested he has made a U-turn on his initial decision to leave Chelsea, and will instead pen an extension to remain at Stamford Bridge beyond the end of 2019/20.
However, he has also been linked with a move to the Blues' London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham, who hope to capture the 31-year-old on a free transfer this summer.
Manchester United have similarly been touted as holding interest in Willian, having been tracking him since Jose Mourinho's time in the Old Trafford dugout.
And it has now been confirmed to talkSPORT that there are two offers on the table from Premier League clubs for Willian.
“I don’t think he’s done a U-turn or any kind of turn," said Joorabchain when asked about his client's future. "He’s always been very much the same mode.
"We had two very big offers – one from MLS which required him to move on July 1 – but he’s always been in the same mode, saying, 'I want to finish the season at Chelsea and the day after the season has finished I will make my decision'.
“He has two concrete offers from Premier League clubs on the table, he has an MLS offer on the table which is very big, and he's got two other offers in Europe
“So Willian is in a very good position and he is going to make his decision after the last game of the season."

One of Joorabchian's other high-profile clients, Philippe Coutinho, could also be on the move this summer.
The former Liverpool player is currently contracted to Barcelona, but representing Bayern Munich on a loan deal which runs until the culmination of the German club's Champions League campaign.
And Joorabchian cannot imagine Coutinho's future will be decided before Bayern finish their season, with the Bavarians hoping to reach the European Cup final on August 23.
He added: "Because the Champions League is going to run all the way until August 23, I think it will be difficult for players like Coutinho to make any commitment or move until that date
"He has the Champions League at the moment and they have to qualify for the next round [against Chelsea], and then he could play Barcelona, believe it or not.
"After the Champions League, it’s not been a secret that he wants to come back to the Premier League if he can; he loves playing in the Premier League and is adored in the Premier League.
"It is one of his priorities... but he is also not against staying at Barcelona, so it is very much open.
Quizzed on the rumoured interest in Coutinho, with the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and Leicester said to be keen on him, Joorabchian kept the cards close to his chest.
He refused to confirm specific clubs want the Brazil ace, and also did not comment on Coutinho's alleged desire to return to Liverpool, but he did insist the interest is there.
"There is much genuine interest in Philippe," finished Joorabchian, "because he is a great player and a big success. There is always interest."
