No away fans, no standing, no alcohol – Bundesliga clubs outline plan for supporters to return to games as early as September

Bundesliga clubs have agreed on a set of conditions which could see fans return to matches for the start of the 2020/21 campaign next month.
Supporters could be allowed back in for the season opener on Friday, September 18 following a meeting between all 36 clubs from Germany's top two divisions on Tuesday.
The final say will be made by local politicians in each of the 16 federal states, with health ministers set to meet next Monday discuss a way forward.
There was an agreement that no away fans will be allowed until 2021 at the earliest, standing sections will be off limits until the end of October, and no alcohol will be served.
It was also agreed that data will be collected from the fans attending matches, although it remains unclear at which capacity grounds will operate.
Deutsche Fussball Liga (DFL) chief executive Christian Seifert: "If and when fans will return to the stadiums is not a decision for the DFL but for the political leaders.
"The DFL does not expect or demand anything but we are preparing to take this small step when the time comes.
"Professional football can only come back in steps. There is no magic switch for politicians to give the green light for full stadiums. That will happen in steps. We will have to reclaim normality in small steps.
"No one at the DFL will demand a specific number of fans. That would be irresponsible."
