Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil was called ‘coward’ and ‘baby’ by Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid and Tottenham manager had shirt thrown at him in row

Mesut Ozil has been frozen out at Arsenal by Arteta, but the playmaker is doing all he can to stay in north London.
So far he has rejected a transfer to Saudi Arabia side Al-Nassr and even offered to pay sacked mascot Gunnersaurus' salary for as long as he remains at the Gunners.
Ozil wants to stay in north London until his contract expires at the end of the season, but Arteta doesn't want him, having not fielded the Germany ace even ONCE since March.
But as bad as things are getting between Ozil and Arteta right now, there's still some way to go before their falling out can compare to one between Ozil and Jose Mourinho.
The manager is currently on the opposite side of north London to Ozil in his role as Tottenham boss, but at the start of the previous decade they worked together at Real Madrid.
And in Spain they once famously fell out with Ozil getting so angry he threw his shirt at Mourinho - although he actually wanted to chuck his shoes at his then boss!
Ozil revealed in his autobiography that Mourinho began by taunting him, saying: "You think two beautiful passes are enough… you think you’re so good that 50 per cent is enough."
The Arsenal outcast continues the story, writing: “He pauses. Stares at me with his dark brown eyes. I stare back. Like two boxers at the stare-down before the first round.
"He shows no emotion. Just waits for a response from me.
"How much I hate him right now. And I love Mourinho actually."
That was when Ozil threw his shirt at Jose, but the boss reacted by telling him to put it back on.
The Portuguese also said: "Oh, are you giving up now? You're such a coward. What do you want? To creep under the beautiful, warm shower. Shampoo your hair? To be alone? Or do you want to prove to your fellow players, the fans out there, and me, what you can do?"
Ozil continues: “I’m so p****d off. I’d like to throw my shoes at his head.
“I want him to stop and finally leave me alone. ‘You know what, Mesut’, Mourinho said. ‘Go ahead and cry. You’re such a baby going to take a shower. We do not need you’.
“Slowly I get up, grab my towel and walk past him without a word, without taking a look at Mourinho.”
