Jurgen Klopp EXCLUSIVE: Liverpool manager picks Messi over Ronaldo and Schumacher over Hamilton, and reveals he’d eat paper when hungry

Jurgen Klopp picks Lionel Messi over Cristiano Ronaldo, but the Liverpool boss does find it difficult.
In fact, he doesn't even like the Messi vs Ronaldo question as he loves both the football legends.
But it's not so hard when it comes to Michael Schumacher vs Lewis Hamilton, Roger Federer vs Rafael Nadal, or LeBron James vs Michael Jordan.
Those questions were all put to Klopp when he joined talkSPORT earlier this week for an exclusive interview ahead of our LIVE commentary of Everton vs Liverpool as part of GameDay!
As well as revealing his immediate reaction to Carlo Ancelotti being appointed Toffees manager, and explaining how he's attempted to recover from the stunning 7-2 thrashing by Aston Villa last time out, Klopp also partook in some quickfire questions.
And as well as the sportsman vs sportsman debates, Klopp also revealed he doesn't mind noshing on a bit of paper if he's gets hungry enough!
You can read the Q&A below...
WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE?
“Very little… a football player; 16/17… a doctor. Football came in between and you cannot do both.”
WHAT FOOD DO YOU LOVE?
“From the region I am from, maybe you can Google it, Käsespätzle
WHAT FOOD DO YOU HATE?
“Unfortunately, pretty much nothing. When I am hungry I can eat paper as well; I just eat to not starve anymore.”
THE SONG THAT DEFINES YOU?
“Rocky! Eye of the Tiger.”
MESSI OR RONALDO?
“I don’t like that question, I love both!
“But I’ve said before it is Messi that I can appreciate more, and respect more, and love more, but Cristiano is still doing good. Yeah, I think Messi, but difficult.”
HAMILTON OR SCHUMACHER?
“Oh, 100 per cent Michael Schumacher – that is clear. And it is not for nationality reasons or whatever.
“I just followed him much more than I do Lewis Hamilton.
“I was a proper fan of Michael Schumacher. I met him once and was really over the moon – what a sensational guy he was.”
FEDERER OR NADAL?
“Federer. And again it’s a little bit of, I love what Nadal is doing and how he is doing it, but I am Team Federer.”
LEBRON OR JORDAN?
“Henderson? Again I think it is Jordan, but I watched a lot more basketball when I was younger than I do now, so yeah, it is probably Jordan.”
