Jurgen Klopp reveals extent of Alisson injury as Liverpool boss makes surprise team selection against Ajax

Yet another injury to a key Liverpool player with Alisson Becker out of their Champions League clash tonight.
The goalkeeper has a hamstring strain, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed, as the six-time winners take on Ajax at Anfield.
Klopp also revealed that Alisson is likely to be out of Liverpool's Premier League clash at home to Wolves on Sunday.
Following the Brazilian's injury, Klopp made a surprise decision to play Irishman Caoimhin Kelleher, 22, for the visit of the Dutch giants.
Kelleher, who has played for Liverpool in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup, is picked ahead of Adrian, who hasn't played since a 2-2 draw at Everton in October.
Adrian's other Premier League appearance this season saw him between the sticks in a humiliation at Aston Villa as Liverpool conceded SEVEN goals.
Elsewhere, Joel Matip returns having sat out Liverpool's draw at Brighton last weekend, while captain Jordan Henderson starts.
Curtis Jones comes in for Takumi Minamino and Roberto Firmino is also on the bench with Klopp opting to play Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Diogo Jota up top. Below you can see the confirmed team news.
Liverpool: Kelleher, Neco Williams, Matip, Fabinho, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Jones, Mane, Salah, Jota
Subs: Adrian, Jaros, Firmino, Minamino, Cain, Tsimikas, Origi, Rhys Williams, Clarkson
Ajax: Onana, Mazraoui, Schuurs, Blind, Tagliafico, Alvarez, Klaassen, Gravenberch, Antony, Tadic, Neres
Subs: Stekelenburg, Timber, Klaiber, Huntelaar, Promes, Scherpen, Ekkelenkamp, Labyad, Martinez, Traore
Liverpool are top of Group D going into the clash and only need a draw to book their place in the last-16. They'll want to bounce back from their limp 2-0 defeat at home to Atalanta last week.
