Porto accused of calling Champions League officials ‘s***-eaters’ after Man City clash amid controversy over comments about Bernardo Silva and Fernandinho

Porto's directors reportedly hurled a barrage of abuse at Champions League officials following their 3-1 defeat to Man City back in October.
It is claimed the Portuguese club's top brass approached referee Andris Treimanis and his assistants after the stormy Etihad clash - and called them 's***-eaters' in front of UEFA delegates.
The bad blood between the two clubs continued earlier this week, as Porto boss Sergio Conceicao accused Pep Guardiola of influencing referees before the 0-0 draw on Tuesday night.
And claims Porto not only find themselves in hot water with UEFA over what happened in October, but also for a newsletter they published after the draw on Tuesday.
It effectively called City midfielder Bernardo Silva racist, while also stating that Fernandinho’s post-match comments showed that 'money in football counts for a lot — but doesn’t buy class'.
City have already responded to the newsletter with a strongly-worded statement, highlighting that Porto were punished for racism among their own fans back in 2012.
Porto's comments are likely to be investigated by UEFA for a potential breach of their principles of ethical conduct, loyalty, integrity and sportsmanship.
But Guardiola, who is understood to to be unhappy with Porto's antics, was keen to distance himself from the comments about his players at his press conference on Friday.
Speaking ahead of this weekend's clash with Fulham, the City boss said: “I’m focused on Fulham — that is the important thing.”
