Paul Pogba says Manchester United have to win trophy this season and vows to push Man City in Premier League title race

Paul Pogba insists Manchester United have to win a trophy this season and has not given up on chasing down rivals Man City.
The Red Devils are through to the Europa League semi-final, where they will face AC Milan, in the hope of clinching a first piece of silverware under manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer.
The European competition is perhaps their only realistic chance of winning a trophy with time running out in the league.
United can cut the deficit to rivals City to eight points if they beat Burnley today, but would then have just six games to make up that difference.
Solskjaer has previously said United's progress under him should not be judged on whether they win silverware and that obsessing over trophies was an ‘ego thing’ for some managers.
But Pogba, who was a World Cup winner in 2018 with France, takes a different view and believes United have to decorate their trophy cabinet this season.
"Personally I miss it a lot and feel like I miss something," Pogba told . "We have to win something.
"I just want to win something; I don't like to play and not win.
"I'm a bad loser, I will always be a bad loser, so every time I play, I want to win. Personally, we want it very bad.
"I think we are getting closer and closer - there is improvement I would say.
"When I say improvement, this club has such big goals and objectives we want to achieve and that is to win and to have a trophy to hold. That is what we want and that will be the big step.
"I'm happy, we're there, we're close. We're still in the Europa League, we still have something to play for.
"We have the league still, as long as (Manchester) City don't have the trophy, we're going to keep working and playing.
"We still have a chance to win something this year so, why not?”
But former Chelsea striker, and talkSPORT host, Tony Cascarino thinks the title race is done with United leaving themselves too much to do heading into the final games of the season.
“I can’t see City dropping the points required,” Cascarino told Weekend Sports Breakfast. “Ole’s right in that stranger things have happened, but not with six games to go for City and seven for United.
“That’s a much different debate. He’s got no time. He hasn’t got 15 or 20 games to go and they’ve got a big lead where they can maybe catch them.
“The fact is that if City win two and draw one, then United have to win every game and not drop a point.
“City are going to get over the line, definitely.”
